Charming atmosphere and helpful staff. The shower did not drain properly, annoying.

In general the staff were supper friendly and amiable. We had an economy king room with log fires for winter.

The rooms are tidy and well decorated, the hotel is classic! The staff are amiable and helpful and provide an excellent service. The breakfast is lovely and incredible, and the location is fantastic next to organised transport, the Jamaa el Fna square and hammam near the riad. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Loved our stay! The Riad felt like a hidden gem with a beautiful terrace and a serene vibe. Yousef and his team were genuinely helpful, from arranging excursions to serving delicious meals. Just had a minor shower drain issue, but overall, a fantastic experience!

I loved how close this place is to the bustling souks and the fine Koutoubia Mosque, making it perfect for wandering around and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of Marrakesh.

Staying here with my adult children was a delight. The location is spot on, just a short walk to the heart of Marrakesh, with plenty of nearby adventure options like hiking trails. We loved the stylish decor and the peaceful rooftop space for morning coffee.

My kids wished for a bit more space in the rooms.

The Economy Double Room Ourika was cozy but a bit cramped. The bed wasn't very sturdy, so it felt wobbly when two of us were in it. The tap for cold water was also a bit off, frustrating in the heat. Around me, the riad was charming and super quiet, though. The service was really nice, especially the welcome tea and orange cake, but I wish the room was more comfortable for sleeping.

The location is wonderfully quiet and conveniently close to great restaurants and the hammam, making it a perfect spot to stay in Marrakech. It's situated in a charming little square. the morning breakfast is incredible, featuring delightful options like beer and good coffee.
